The Three Keys to Successful Email Marketing
The three keys you are about to learn are easy to implement and very powerful. The success of these keys assumes that you are sending target emails to subscribers that want to hear from you. If you are email to any other list, such as one you purchased, you won’t find much success, regardless of the tactics used.
Key One: You must write compelling subject lines. Keep in mind, a reader will make up their mind to open or not open any email based on the subject line. If your subject does not immediately jump out at them, they will not open your message. Needless to say no matter how good your sales pitch is these people are not going to buy.
You really need to take some time and think about your subject line. You need to think about how your product or service is going is going to benefit the reader. Don’t focus on features, facts or features.
You should write out four or five subject lines then pick the most compelling one.
Key Two: You must write great promotions. Again, it all comes back to your ability to write convincing sales copy. The body of your email should inspire action. Make your sentences and paragraphs short and to the point. When you are complete edit your message removing any unnecessary words. This will yield a clean email that gets right to the point and looks professional.
Key Three: Make your offers custom tailored to your audience. You need to thoroughly consider their interests and needs. What type of needs do they have? What type of products to they need? Base your offers around these needs.
