Michael Rasmussen Shows You How to Get More Buyers From Your Existing Email Lists

The importance of marketing your new products to your existing clients in an online business can never be stressed enough. In fact, online entrepreneurs become so consumed with the promotion of their new products that they tend to ignore the customers that have bought from them in the past. According to Michael Rasmussen, the author of the Get More Buyers course, this is mistake number one. His course emphatically states that previous buyers are a better prospect for business than soliciting new clients.

He has explained this in-depth in his Get More Buyers course. Here’s how Michael Rasmussen explains it… Suppose your business has 1,000 customers who have bought from you previously. Now you’ve come up with a new, exciting product and want to market it. Well, how do you go about it? Most probably you will be building an email list of prospects and pitching to them through email marketing activities. You might even have an email list of about 250,000 people which is quite possible using current automated list generating software that is abundantly available these days.

But… can you guarantee that these 250,000 people will convert into buying customers? No of course not.

Put it this way – how many of those quarter of a million people do you think will actually end up buying your product? For new products that are not promoted to the right kind of people, getting even a 0.1% conversion rate is difficult. Suppose you manage to get that, that’s still only 250 customers buying your great new product. It sounds ok, but it isn’t really considering the fact that you will have to spend through the nose to promote your product.

On the other side, you have the measly looking 1,000 customers in your hand begging for more. These people have already bought from you. They trust you, they trust your business. With the right kind of professional approach, it is entirely possible that at least half of them will be happy to buy your new product. So, you have got 100 customers right there, for no great additional cost at all!

A very important point in Michael Rasmussen’s Get More Buyers course is that new products should be designed looking at the needs of your existing customers. That is the reason successful businesses take surveys. They want to find the pulse of these customers. When they come up with the product, they will market them to these existing people and will be almost assured of success because their new product fills the necessary requirements that these customers want.

So, does all this mean that Internet marketers are wasting time building huge email lists? Not at all! But they can achieve the results they are already doing in half the time they spend now. Instead of wasting time and resources on getting 250,000 new leads, it is enough to get 2,500 new leads of which 10% will convert. Targeted email list building is the catchphrase these days. Successful marketers build lists that will have a high conversion rate.

At the same time, existing customer lists should not be ignored. All this and more gets revealed in Michael Rasmussen’s new course.
