Boost Your Website SEO

Getting backlinks from all over is just a waste of time. You should concentrate in finding those high class sites in order to boost your website SEO.

So, if I post my URL on Facebook then, they should have an excellent page rank? Yes but no! Posting links on Facebook does not add anything to your SEO. Well, it can get you some more traffic, but in real SEO terms, it will not do anything. I suggest you go out and find blogs and forums with good reputation and ask them for backlinks. And by asking I mean commenting on interesting posts and adding yourself as a user on forums. And here’s a trick to remember! You should try to find blogs and forums using the same keywords that you are bidding on. That will also boost your website SEO.

So how do I find these blogs and forums? This is another treat for you. There is a free tool that you can use but not many people know how to use it! So what is the name of that amazing tool? Wait, here it comes… Google Search! Google does have a bunch of advanced search operators. One of them is called inurl. If you for instance perform a search for inurl:homebusiness you will receive a result for all pages where you find the word “homebusiness” in the URL. If you do a search for inurl:home business you will get all URL’s with home or business. Play around with it for a while and you will see how it can boost your website SEO. You are now able to find blogs with your keyword in their URL and that is a valuable place for finding backlinks.

I am not going to talk much more about the possibilities inside Google Advanced Search option. I think it is better you head over there and start evaluating the possibilities yourself. You will be surprised! Google also have a page where you will get some guidance in your search adventures. It can be found here http://www.google.com/advanced_search, but personally I think that limits you. You should instead head over to this site where you will find instruction on how to use all these advanced operators. That site is here: http://www.googleguide.com/advanced_operators.html

So I now hope you have at least starting to see how helpful these tools are to get a boost for your website SEO. Finally I would finally like to show you an example of a search string you can use. Let’s look at this: “homebusiness” blog site:.com -nofollow “leave a comment” It will search for blog sites with the keyword “homebusiness” and where you will find the words “leave a comment”. It will not show pages with nofollow. Useful, don’t you think?
