Purchasing domain names is just part of the game when you get into affiliate and Internet niche marketing. I currently have over 100 domain names. Now, I am sure that is a small amount compared to other Internet marketers.

And why would you need so many domain names?

Article marketing

Article marketing is a must for all of your affiliate products. You will need a domain name for every product. For example I am an affiliate for a domain registration company. When I write articles about buying domains for ezines, I can not use my affiliate link. I must use a domain address.

eBook Affiliates

I am purchasing domains for every affiliate eBook I sell. I do this so that no one can see my affiliate link and change it. Although most people would never even think of stealing a sale, there are those who would.

My Information Products

The sales page for every eBook I write has its own domain.

Internet Niche Marketing

I am also purchasing domain names for all of my Internet niche marketing. Every niche has its very own web site, with its very own address.

Squeeze Pages

A big part of my marketing is done with squeeze pages. I gather email addresses in order to give more information to my subscribers. I also want to offer them products I think are worth buying. Every squeeze page has its own domain name.
